Charterhouse are working with a European leader in architectural lighting, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for leading the project sales division and establishing corporate partnerships predominantly within the UAE market alongside wider GCC region.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the success and growth of the brand in the designated region through the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies which support the company's objectives. The role includes supervising regional staff, managing daily operations to streamline sales processes, achieve customer satisfaction and delivery of projects within the assigned deadline. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will maintain and develop new relationships with key customers in the region including architects, designers, and contractors to promote high-quality lighting solutions in the Middle East.

Our client is looking to hire an individual who is well connected within the lighting industry with existing contacts, who has previously managed regional budgets and annual sales planning to drive profitability.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in lighting innovation or an appliances manufacturer working on high value projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be available to travel as required by the business and should have their own vehicle and valid UAE driver’s license. Our client is looking to hire a driven and creative individual who is self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
