Employment: Full Time

We are the leading visiting tailoring company in the UAE. Our garments are ethically made using sustainable materials. Since establishing in September 2017, we’ve been recognized by Esquire Middle East as one of the leading tailors in Dubai, voted in the ‘Top 3’ for ‘Start-up of the Year’ in the Etisalat SMB Awards and were also nominated for a Gulf Sustainability Award. This year we've bucked the trend by growing 75% year on year and to build on this we are looking for two talented Senior Sales Consultants to join our team and play a big part in our goal of becoming the largest custom clothing company in the region.

This is not a retail role, it is a consultative sales role. We work completely differently to a traditional tailor. The role involves consulting with busy executives at their offices or homes (we visit all of our clients), to establish what they have in their wardrobes, what they do on a day to day basis, who they meet with, what image they aim to portray, and how we can add value. We don’t sell suits or shirts, we build wardrobes and we build long term relationships with our clients. It is also a direct sales role, meaning that you are responsible for generating business, picking up the phone to set appointments, networking, and applying the skills we'll teach you to build a base of repeat clients. For your efforts you'll be paid a generous base plus industry leading commission.

Requirements

We are not simply looking for sales people, we are looking for the right people that can go on to become partners/shareholders in our business in years to come, run their own offices and play a part in our expansion. People that do what they say they are going to do and welcome responsibility. We want doers but also thinkers who aren’t afraid to give their input and can also play a part in our growth outside of direct sales.

You must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, self-driven, a self learner, have a passion to achieve great results, and not need to be tightly managed. At least 3 years of sales experience is advantageous but not a must if you can show a track record of high achievement. If this sounds like you then please apply with your CV and personal statements. About the Company

Benjamin Siggers is a Dubai based luxury menswear company specialising in wardrobe consultancy. We work mainly with senior executives who don't like to shop or don't have the time to shop. Unlike a traditional tailor or retail brand, we visit all of our clients in the comfort of their home or office. All of our garments are handmade in Italy, with a focus on sustainability.

Our goal is to improve and maintain our clients wardrobes using organic materials wherever possible, we aim to make our clients look good, feel good, while doing good. All our clothes are made responsibly in ethical workshops and a portion of all our sales goes towards providing clean water in developing countries.
