Senior Sales Executive

Job description / Role

Senior Sales Executive/ Gypsum/ Building Materials - Dubai 25,000 + Depending on Experience.

Client is multinational organization that manufactures their own panel boards and is also involved in wall cladding. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is currently a lead seller in their current company that is looking to join a multinational organization. The right candidate should be use to selling building materials into constructions companies, contractors as architects.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for:
* Bringing in new clients
* Exceeding Sales targets
* Working on own initiative
* Targeting different markets
* Taking products to market
* Handle local sales enquiries and ensure to achieve the assigned sales targets.
* Responsible for developing new markets and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
* Attend to all clients' enquiries.
* Visit architects / interior designers / engineers / contractors to get company's product specified.
* Ensure delivery of goods to the customers.
* Ensures collection of payments from clients as per terms.
* Introduce and present new products to existing and new customers

Requirements

The Senior Sales Executive must have experience in:
* Gypsum products - essential
* Wall cladding
* Building materials
* Selling into to the construction industry.
* Market Intelligence.
* Proper Communication.
* Inter-personal and Product knowledge
* Excellent written oral communication skills
* Good presentation skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Customer Service skills
