Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through sales activities such as cold calling, networking and client relationship building.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible to build a deep understanding of the industry and be able to communicate the value of the company's services to improve the customer's supply chain operations.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible to deliver sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.

Requirements

• Generate new leads in line with the company’s target market.
• Reach out to leads via cold calling, emails and social media messages.
• Meet with leads online and offline to understand their requirements.
• Give leads a tour of the facility and demo the technology capabilities.
• Build a honest and sincere relationship from the get-go.
• Create company presentations, sales decks and pitches.
• Develop the client journey, including tours and onboarding steps.
• Ensure company values and value proposition is clear and well communicated to the client.
• Follow up proactively with the prospect up to contract signing.
• Work closely with AM team to handover client for smooth onboarding.
