Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage all sales activities for achieving the sales targets of B2B PC within the assigned territory
- Handle all sales activities of key accounts, negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Regional Sales Manager.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and manage resources to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process with Regional Sales Manager to develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.
- Build strong and positive relationship with customers at various levels.
- Build and document knowledge about the clients business setup.
- Manage key assignments and document all technical projects carried out with clients.
- Capture all customer contact details in the CRM system complete and up to date.
- Provide a detailed monthly report to the Regional Sales Manager and update all information of the prospective projects.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum five years of sales experience in a painting industry within Protective Coating Sales function
- Knowledge of Protective Coating paint products and systems.
- Awareness of the approvals with the Semi Government/Oil &Gas companies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills.
- Pleasant personality and good grooming.
- Self-motivated.
