Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a large MNC Shipping organization as their senior sales manager
Reporting in to the General Manager of Sales.
27k AED a month.
This role is managing the entire sales team.
- Formulate and implement the existing sales plan
- Manage and organize the sales team
- Ensure sales systems are used
- KPI Management
- Reporting figures to senior management
Requirements
- 7 years sales management experience within the shipping field
- 3 years management experience
- 7 years freight sales, logistic sales experience
- Solid experience of the GCC Market
- Candidates must be in the UAE
- Excellent English skills
- Experience of managing a large team
- KPI management and implementation experience
