Senior Solutions Consultant - Law Enforcement / Central Intelligence (Gov)

Client is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant for our Dubai office to work in the domain of Law Enforcement or Government within our EMEA Professional Services team to provide software application consultancy, primarily to customers and secondarily to the Sales and Marketing teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data analytics professional. You will be provided with on the job training on products and be well supported with career path planning.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in pre-sales business evaluations, demonstrations and tenders.
- Liaising with client organisations regarding provision of professional services within negotiated contractual obligations for a program or group of projects.
- Providing software application consultancy including gap-fit analysis, use case creation, configuration, end user training, user specific documentation and presales demonstration support.
- Establishing and documenting best practice processes for consultancy and training
- On large implementations may lead a team of consultants
- Ensuring that the Customer / Account is achieving maximum satisfaction and productivity from their systems
- Work closely with internal parties to effectively deliver consulting services to our customers

Requirements

- Experience in data analytics, social network analysis, ETL tools and data modelling
- Domain knowledge: Intelligence functions in the Government and Law Enforcement domain. Knowledge of Investigations function will be an added advantage
- Business requirements analysis and project management
- Proven experience in implementing software solutions in Investigations and Intelligence functions
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Professional certification in data analytics is advantageous
