Senior Specialist - Internal Communications (UAE National)

Job description / Role

As the Senior Specialist, Internal Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a strategic internal communications plan to keep our employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the organisations goals.

In this role you will also contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy that fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Description

* Create engaging content across various channels, including the intranet, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
* Manage internal communication campaigns and initiatives to drive employee engagement and awareness of key organisational messages.
* Partner with leadership teams to develop clear and concise communication strategies for major announcements and changes.
* Analyse data and track the effectiveness of internal communication efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in internal communications.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a government or public sector organisation.
* Strong understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
