Job description / Role
We are looking for a senior strategy professional to join our experienced and growing Dubai team located in the heart of Dubai Media City. You will be an integral part of a tight local team whilst also connecting with the wider strategy team based in London.
As a collective of sharp thinkers and smart doers in the strategy team we all work across the EMEA region and your focus will be to specifically build and lead the strategic direction for clients located in the Middle East. A critical and exciting part of your role will be to support building our client base and to uphold the simply great work we do within the region.
You’ll put your skills to work by helping us create experiences that delight and engage consumers for some of the most well-known brands in the world. In return we can offer you an entrepreneurial culture and peer set.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately challenges current client thinking
- Creates and defends a compelling, fact-based story
- Frames branding solutions in terms of business impact
- Manages and influences complex stakeholder relationships
- Designs and delivers engaging and people centric brand experiences (consumer/corporate)
- Inspires the creative team towards breakthrough design
- Generates original and compelling content
- Identifies opportunities, entrepreneurial in approach to attracting and growing business
Expectation:
- Able to solve complex business and branding problems in a simple, inspiring and impactful way
- Displays a deep understanding of the dynamics of client businesses
- Able to identify and convert new business opportunities with high probability
- Active contributor to practice development, keeping our strategic approach fresh and competitive
- Leads teams and provides prominent client counsel
Requirements
- Demonstrated capability and flair in all core strategy subjects, particularly activation
- 7-10 years’ experience agency and/or client side
- Experience working across the Middle East
- Significant exposure to different industries from financial services to hospitality
- Fluent Arabic speaker
