Job description / Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end execution of the recruitment process from approval to sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection
- Prepare and implement attraction, sourcing and selection strategies for the business for critical roles which will create value for the business
- Work closely with management to ensure that the recruitment process moves efficiently and that the organisation is effectively identifying and recruiting the talent the business needs to achieve its goals
- Build relationships with the business stake holders
- Research alternative ways to recruit talent and devise recruitment strategies
- Implement recruitment policies
- Offer competency based interview support and training to managers in the region
- Search external sources such as LinkedIn and Job boards for candidates
- Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when required
- Deliver candidate feedback.
- Ensure the candidate experience is in line with the companies values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an in-house recruiter or combination of agency and in-house
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in Middle East and Africa countries
- Experience recruiting candidates in manufacturing, fmcg, oil and gas or related industrial environment
- Previous experience working in recruitment with an ATS system would be an advantage
- Previous experience with psychometric assessments would be an advantage
- Experience in executing full cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in a matrix organization
- Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and application skills in MS Outlook and MS Office applications
- Strong work ethic and ability to use own initiative
