Senior Talent Consultant

Job description / Role

AED 35,000 - 45,000 p/month
£70,000 - 90,000 p/annum

An international professional services business is looking to recruit a Senior Talent Consultant to join their growing team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be accountable for creating, developing and maintaining client relationships and advising them on matters relating to organisation design, workforce planning, manpower assessments and HR transformation. You will work both independently and as part of a team to devise complex client proposals, offer appropriate HR advice and deliver projects and solutions. Working closely with international offices, you will have the opportunity to share best practice and global insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working within an international management consultancy. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external clients, and would be commercially minded, with a resilient and flexible approach.
