Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Define & direct clear strategy and process for the development of talent.

The role requires the successful candidate to be able to create, roll out and drive a robust and forward thinking talent management framework that helps build a clear career development path for all employees. Succession planning for the future, nurturing and retaining the best talent, is key for the business.

Main responsibilities:
- Working with key stakeholders to develop a clear strategy for talent acquisition
- Defining job role requirements & ensuring the right talent is in the right place
- Defining and rolling out of competency frameworks and ensuring these link through all stages of the employee life-cycle from recruitment, performance management, L&D plans, to promotion of talent.
- Support and help define company-wide surveys critical for gaining insight in to current workings, perceptions and efficiency of existing processes
- Working with other departments such as L&D to map out how take each employee to their next role within the business
- Defining & implement a clear CDF (Career development framework) for all areas
- Consulting with and coaching HR and managers within the business to ensure a smooth implementation of the talent management process

Requirements

Must have proven success and experience in the full performance management cycle, succession planning, talent management frameworks, development of CDFs and competency frameworks.

Must have at 5 years in a similar role, ideally with a multinational background.
