Job description / Role
Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and IT specialists creating AI-driven solutions that automate complex processes and deliver insights from data for key clients in the Government sector.

Description
• Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, or IT specialists.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects
• Contribute to the overall system architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable and robust system overall architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, Node.js) for backend development.
• Collaborate with cross functional team of developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with DevOps to manage server environments

Requirements
• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking candidates can be considered for this role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing R&D teams
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Extensive experience in software development and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• English (fluent) and Chinese (fluent) as the working language.
