Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Accountability:

Technician for BMS and HVAC Systems, the major responsibilities were carried out as follows:
• Attending service calls
• Installation of Digital Controllers according to project planning and Time Line
• Trouble shooting and Testing & Commissioning
• Documentation for work order completion

Requirements

Automatic Door Technician
• Technician for different types of Manual/Hydraulic/Automatic/Semi-Automatic Doors.
• Well acquainted with various systems on Installation, Repair & Maintenance and Termination of
• Fiber Optic Cables. Familiar with the usage of Test Equipment and handling of appropriate tools and also the coordination with Fabrication team for Lathes, Drill, Presses, Shaping machines etc.
• Good skills in working on the brands - Assa Abloy, Geze, GU, Dorma, Doorson, Ritze
• Responsibility includes the completion of documentation of work orders as per services rendered.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
