Senior Trainer/Field Supervisor

INDUCTION TRAINING
- Organize in-class training for the countries, several times a year, according to the needs (work closely with the HR department and Area Managers to monitor new joiners arrival), in line with the Training calendar– will require travelling
- Fully responsible for all modules delivery (selling techniques, categories, brand knowledge)
- Create and/or update and translate to Arabic the training material and tools to keep the training up to date (work closely with The headquarter Education Team).
- Train BAs & Head Office employees
- Follow up & coach all new BAs employees during a period of 3-month – work closely with TMR for follow up of Action Plan
- In charge of PME Induction training for Brand Ambassadors (Exclusive Bas)

SELLING TECHNIQUES TRAINING
- According to the business needs, propose, create and update training material and tools to train the sales force on selling techniques, customer service and loyalty program/CRM
- Organize in-class trainings for the countries several times a year, in line with the Training calendar defines with the Area Manager – will require travelling
- Provide a coaching plan and follow up with all attendees

Requirements

CATEGORY TRAINING
- Work closely with the Headquarter Education team to receive training material and tools to deliver Basic & Advanced levels of trainings
- Create and update and translate training material and tools for Fragrance training
- Responsible to deliver all levels of Fragrance training in the countries

IN-STORE COACHING
- Provide TMR with feedback & Action Plan for all attendees
- Provide at least 1 follow up visit and then handover to the In Store Team and TMR team
- Identify & provide coaching to Beauty Consultants, on special needs
- Main focus on customer service & selling techniques
- Work closely with TMR team for training follow up & feedback

BUSINESS SUPPORT TRAINING
- Receive training material and tools Education Department and update/translate accordingly

ADMIN TASKS
- In-store visit report, in-class training report & monthly activity report
- Follow up on BA white book
- Attend induction and training in France and Barcelona
