Job description / Role
Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of real estate and investment management expertise worldwide. The Middle East and North Africa Division is a leading real estate and hotels industry advisor employing over 100 specialist individuals.
The Valuations Division provides valuations in accordance with international best practice on all property types throughout the MENA region.
A Senior Real Estate Valuer / Valuation Surveyor is now required to join the busy department in the Dubai MENA headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Valuations, the role will be to provide self sufficient support in obtaining instruction, preparation of valuation reports and interacting with clients at the highest level.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
- Negotiating Real Estate Valuations with prospective clients
- Conducting Site Inspections
- Preparation of written valuation reports, including financial analysis
- Presenting the valuation report findings to clients
- Obtaining client feedback
Requirements
- Possess an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting or economics
- Hold a surveying qualification (preferably RICS)
- Demonstrate 3 years valuations experience
- Fluent English is essential' Arabic and/or French would be advantageous
