Job Description:
• Lead and supervise a team of waitstaff, leveraging UAE-specific hospitality expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to the café's service standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service, drawing upon experience in UAE hospitality settings to cater to diverse clientele, addressing their needs and preferences professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations, including table setup, order taking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
• Train and mentor junior staff, utilizing UAE-specific service protocols and cultural nuances to uphold quality standards, and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with management to optimize service workflows, contribute to menu improvements, and proactively address guest feedback to elevate the café's reputation and guest satisfaction.

Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role (preferably in the same industry - speciality cafe)
