Service Advisor - AF Motors - Lexus - Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi

This role is located in Madinat Zayed, which is based in a remote location, approximately 170kms from the Down Town Abu Dhabi area therefore, the ideal candidate would be required to live within Madinat Zayed.

As a Service Advisor you are the first point of contact in the Workshop for a customer. Your efforts would build a positive image for the Service Department and present a picture of faith & confidence to the customer.

You would be responsible for receiving customer vehicles for service & repair jobs and raising repair orders on the internal system with regards to technical service of Lexus vehicles. You would provide the customer with detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates. You will regularly follow-up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within the proposed time frame.

You will be responsible for raising warranty approvals, service orders and special orders for parts. You will prepare invoices on internal systems and arrange for active delivery of vehicles. You will follow-up regarding the payments of credit customers and ensuring collections within the stipulated time. You will also be responsible for regularly monitoring orders raised and ensure timely billing. You would also conduct post service follow-ups in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

You will possess a Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. You will also possess 3 years of work experience as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant with a reputed automotive dealership.

Your computer literacy skills and understanding of MS Office applications should be strong. You must also have the ability to professionally advise customers on required jobs in a timely manner and possess a flair for selling value added services, service contracts and accessories. You must also possess a proactive approach when dealing with the customer's complaints and have the ability to resolve the issues accordingly.
