Service Advisor (x13) - AFM Toyota - After Sales - Wave - Abu Dhabi
As part of our Automotive team, you will be responsible for receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on internal system with regards to the Body shop. You are also required to Regularly follow-up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe.
You will be responsible for raising Warranty approvals and service orders including special orders for parts not available and following up to keep the customer updated.
Requirements
You should possess a good general level of Education and should have at least a minimum of 3 years current bodyshop experience for this role. You should have ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs/maintenance.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
