Requirements

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Contracts Manager to join the Parts Distribution Centre within Al Futtaim Motors. The main purpose of the role is to be primarily responsible for achieving sales and financial targets and to provide administrative and operational assistance to the contract department staff, Sales and Service staff of all Toyota and Lexus sites.

The main responsibilities of the role are o assist in achieving sales and financial targets set by the company for SMCs; to monitor and improve Contract Sales in all sales channels for both Toyota and Lexus; to conduct contract training for all Toyota and Lexus Sales and Service associates on site; to conduct market surveys to get competitor information regards retail and contract prices and other offers; to revise contract prices / packages to keep contracts profitable and make them more attractive from customers view point; to maintain gross margin set by the company for SMCs and RMCs.The ideal candidate will have the following qualification, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelors degree in Business
* Excellent mathematical skills


Minimum Experience:

* At least 4 years in similar role or as an After Sales Manager
* Proactive and independent in fast paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral
* Familiar with SAP, Excel and MS Office

* Ability to manage and effectively support staff
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
* Languages: Fluent English
* Working in fast pace environment
* Compile an deliver timely sales and financial reports
