The Job Opportunity
Serco Middle East is looking to hire Service Delivery Analyst to be based in Dubai, UAE. The role provides essential support and expertise in delivering regional Procurement services to Serco Middle East, whilst supporting wider global Procurement Services delivery, including Supplier Onboarding, Contract Administration, Procurement Helpdesk and Procurement Data Management. The role provides a local interface between the Global Procurement Services team and Middle East Divisions and Business Units.
Key accountabilities
- Support the escalations of the Procurement Delivery Partner where organisational knowledge is required
- Be responsible for the appropriate response or allocation of complex tickets escalated by the Procurement Delivery Partner
- Look for opportunities for continuous improvement across the end to end process
- Support the regional business with understanding and effectively implementing the appropriate Procurement tools, processes and services
- Work with Serco specialist Subject Matter Expert's to ensure Procurement processes reflect the Serco risk appetite (e.g. Data Protection Officer, Environment, Fraud etc)
- Be a Procurement role model by living Serco's values, consistently delivering to the high standards expected in Procurement and promoting Procurement through engagement with key stakeholders
- Comply with and manage compliance to Serco Procurement Policy, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures and act within limits of delegated authority
Requirements
What we are looking for in our candidates
- At least 3 years experience of procurement processes and systems
- Demonstrates a consistent track record of problem solving within Procurement organisations
- Has an analytical mindset while being flexible to local differences and creative to encourage and seek innovative approaches
- Demonstrates track record of developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work with multiple teams to solve issues and implement business change

- Strong planning, organising, analytical and fact based decision making skills.
