Service Manager - AF Motors - Hino - UAE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Commercial Vehicles division with Al Futtaim Motors - Hino. Based in the UAE, you will supervise a team consisting of Service Advisors, a Service Marketing Executive, a Technical Trainer and a Foreman.

You will liaise with customers to provide after sales support leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for monitoring the level of customers that are retained in the AFM network for service and repair and will influence decision makers on how more units can be directed into the service network. You will be expected to implement Hino quality standards as stipulated and overviewed by Hino Motors Limited and will instigate new ideas and systems to ensure a customer focused environment throughout the whole facility.

You will continuously support and train employees in terms of latest technical developments, new equipment, products and improving efficiencies whilst leading by example to ensure AFM standards are adhered to in all transactions with customers.

Requirements

You will ideally have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and have at least 5 years experience in the Automotive Service industry, 2 of which being within a Commercial Vehicles Division.

You will regularly be liaising with both customers, service employees and workshop employees and therefore excellent English communication skills are a must whilst being an Arabic speaker would be an added advantage. It is essential that you hold a valid UAE driving licence.
