Service Operations Manager - AF Motors - Lexus - UAE National

We are currently looking for an After Sales Operations Manager to work with the Al-Futtaim Motors Lexus Head Office. This role will establish key links across all stake holders to ensure Lexus expansion plans are as per the committed timelines. The role holder will be the ambassador of the Lexus Brand within the Service function, and will ensure that Lexus Service needs are met and addressed at the right quality and in a timely manner. This role will be the single point of contact for all Non-Lexus Functions and external stakeholders as well.

Working closely with the National After Sales Manager, the incumbent will ensure plans are formulated that develop the facilities and the associates use of latest technology available to maximise the efficient running of our service business.

Requirements

You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and will have a minimum of 6 years experience within an Automotive Service Management role. It is essential that you have experience within the automotive industry whilst holding working experience within a premium brand will be preferable. You will have a strong technical understanding of the roles that exist within the workshop and will be knowledgeable in P&L.

Relationship management is a key aspect to this role as you will be working with many stakeholders, therefore it is essential that you have strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills. You will have an analytical mind with the ability to present ideas in a structured manner.
