WTS Energy is seeking to hire Service Sales Leader - META for one of its client who is a reputed manaufacturing company for Automation and sensing products.
Location: Dubai, UAE

Service Sales Leader - META (Automation & Sensing products) will be responsible for but are not limited to the following;

Reporting to the META VP/GM, the Service Leader is responsible for the overall service sales business policies and practices in META for the Service organization. This position will have a P&L accountability that will be derived from premium service contract, break fix, spare parts, and professional services business serving S&PS customers in META. Closely aligns with peer functional Service Directors (Marketing, Service Engineering, and Quality) to define and deliver cost-effective and profitable services. Aligns closely with Regional Sales VP’s, Directors and Channel Sales teams to deliver on revenue and margin objectives through 2-tier distribution, VAR’s, and direct/enterprise accounts. Accountable for customer satisfaction via the delivery of target service levels and the resolution of escalated technical and service issues

Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic direction for the Services businesses within META
- Accurately forecast, and deliver monthly revenue and margin to plan
- Measure and drive improvement to the Key Performance Indicators that affect revenue and margin performance --- performance to contract, bounce rate, service attach rate, contract renewal rates, on time contract renewal, cost per repair, return rate and customer satisfaction indexing
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to develop business plans and strategies to maximize service attach rates, revenues, and margins
- Support selling efforts through the preparation of bid/RFP responses, service proposals, and pricing approvals
- Partner with Service and Product Marketing organizations to define, refine, and revise service product offerings, positioning, promotions, pricing
- Identify and exploit new areas of potential service revenue and margin and develop course correction actions in event of variances to plan
- Provide leadership to quickly drive resolution of service or technical issues escalated by customers
- Provide business review and timely approval of special pricing exceptions
- Oversee contract sales specialists and service contract renewals team and external partners
- Provide leadership and direction and cost/delivery oversight of 3rd party repair partner management and support team; optimize depot/repair strategy, logistics, costs, policies and performance
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of HOS and HSE in depot operations
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports and their teams: direct reports will consist of regional service managers and 3rd party service leaders

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience successfully managing a P&L, with a background gained in a services business management capacity
- Experience leading regional Service and/or Sales teams/operations with proven international skills and awareness of cultural diversity
- Experience in working with and building strong relationships with Sales (both through Direct and Indirect routes to market) is a must.
- Experience in working growing a services business through Distribution, VAR channel partners and Direct Sales personnel is therefore highly desirable
