Shop Manager - Cosmetics Multinational

Job description / Role

A luxury cosmetics company is looking for a Shop/Counter Manager in one of the newest department stores in Abu Dhabi.

Some of the responsibilities are:

Sales Achievement:
- Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activity

Customer Service:
- Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs

Stock Management:
- Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements

Merchandising:
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation
- Can be involved in the recruitment process of Shop Staff and Sales Executives within his/her domain
- Managing a shop in a department store
- Team management and supervise 5 employees
- Manage stock to avoid out of stock of A items and not having extra stock of slow movers
- Responsible of reaching monthly target
- Responsible of applying the new planogram and merchandising guidelines
- Propose animations idea to the brand manager to boost sales
- Give great customer service that will allow her to build and maintain customer data base

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Arabic
- At least 4 years retail experience and preferably in Make up industry
- Have a great team management skills as she will supervise 5 employees
- Great excel skills to prepare orders, sales report
