Job description / Role
To evaluate the performance, to train and maintain the quality of the shop floor activities. To follow up the day to day functions of the Production action plan.
The Shop Steward will be responsible of supervising the team of the 2 lines of productions, balancing between the wishes of management and the needs of organized labors.
Requirements
Other certifications obtained: Shop Master
University Qualifications: BSC Mechanical Eng
Nature and length of previous experience: 14 -17 years in factory industrial environment and 5-7 years as Shop Steward.
Nationality Preference: UK, Europe, USA
