Retail Sales and Service Excellence - KSA

This role will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives that drive sales force optimization, and increase the effectiveness of the sales organization.

The person in this position will act as a change agent within the division, who will play a critical role in a strategic transformation Project, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices within the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current sales processes, showroom controls / management at the dealership
- Establish key drivers and measurements of sales force performance and productivity
- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve sales force effectiveness, performance, and productivity within the dealership.
- Engage key cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Act as point person for all change initiatives involving the sales organization. Ensure that downstream impacts are identified and addressed, internal support teams and stakeholders are aligned, and a concise communication plan is in place. Ensure flawless execution to minimize unnecessary disruption to the sales force
- Work closely with field sales to identify and replicate best practices, pilot new initiatives to accelerate performance, and remove barriers to the selling process
- Manage initiatives within time and budgetary constraints
- Ensure alignment of the sales force size, structure, incentive programs, and process to the strategic goals of the organization

Requirements

- College degree or equivalent experience in automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years of automotive experience preferably in Automotive Sales / Showroom management
- Measuring and improving Sales force performance and productivity in the Automotive field
- Sales process refinement and metrics
- Leveraging CRM as an enablement tool
- Strategic alignment of sales force initiatives
- Sales Operations or sales analytics
- Dealership sales/showroom operations knowledge
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Arabic
- Field experience is a must , KSA preferable
