Site Architect

Job description / Role

Client is a global Architecture & Design Consultancy are currently seeking a Site Architect for a project in Dubai.

Site supervision role will include (but not limited to);
- Undertake overview architectural supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the architectural works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associated with the same.
- Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations to the resident engineer.
- Coordinate as and when with client (if needed) on all specialists participation related to the final acceptance of the works in readiness for fit-out and operation of the project.
- Assist client (if needed) in all aspects of the final acceptance of the work and close-out of all applicable contracts related to the same.
- Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.

Candidates must be 100% computer literate, (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office etc.). Revit experience would be an advantage.

Requirements

A qualified site Architect, based on site, providing technical design solutions to any problems encountered on site with focus on the construction phases of development. Must have Dubai site experience.

This individual should be a confident and having the ability to work individually or as a member of a team.

Minimum 5 years experience ideally 3 years in GCC preferred.

Salary is negotiable.
