Job description / Role
VIP Project in Abu Dhabi requires an experienced Site Architect to join the team.
Residential project for a VIP client requires this person to run a small Technical team on site, reporting into the RE, and managing construction deliverables and ensure the design intent is upheld.
Dealing with external consultants and managing the contractor activities, this individual will ensure successful and on time project delivery.
Requirements
- With 10-15 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, this individual will have site architecture experience in the UAE.
- Project experience will show successful coordination and management of high end projects on site in the UAE, with an excellent use of English, written and verbal to communicate.
- Hard working ethic is required.
Start in FEBRUARY.
