Job description / Role
Long established Architecture practice have a wide range of projects: designed and delivered, across medium density residential, towers, mixed use, retail and hospitality here in the UAE. Currently they have a large-scale, high end residential project on site, which they require a Site Architect who will work in an autonomous fashion on site, managing the construction and RFI process, dealing with this firms best client, and managing consultants and the contractor relationship.
Requirements
This person will have around 8 years post graduation experience of a degree in Architecture, with the most recent years here in the UAE/Dubai.
Largescale project experience, ideally high end medium density residential or commercial high & mid rise projects is highly advantageous, with proven track record of delivering projects on site.
This person will have excellent knowledge of Dubai regulations and be a professional when dealing with clients and external parties.
