Site Architect / Engineer

Job description / Role

European Architecture and Engineering consultancy in Dubai are building their site team for a large-scale medium density residential project and are looking for talented site professionals.

Working within the site team, reporting into the Project Director, these Architects/Engineers will be monitoring site activity and feeding any design issues/changes back to design team and rectifying issues on site.

Overseeing a small team of Project Engineers and Inspectors, these Architects/Engineers will be responsible for ensuring successful project completion.

Maintaining productive working relationships with external consultants and contractor is key through professional attitude and work productivity.

Requirements

These individuals will be in the UAE currently and have around 10 years experience delivery experience of site projects, ideally medium density residential projects.

Qualifications can be either Architecture or Structural/Civil Engineering, experience MUST be from a well respected Consultancy within the UAE.

Proven experience on full construction life cycle of a project will be shown, expertise in AutoCAD is required, Revit would be ideal too.

Expert knowledge of Dubai building regulations and codes is required, with the ability to raise issues and solve technical problems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, Excellent Written and Oral English skills required.
