Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, specialize in Environmental/Safety is recruiting a Site Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination of the different site supervisors assigned to the project.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with schedule, quality and safety of completion of works.
- Assume responsibility for direct communication with the client during the project implementation and to final delivery.
- Define Team Work Breakdown Structure.
- Supervision of Team Work Breakdown Structure.
- Help Site Supervisors to solve problems and conflicts on site.
- Evaluation Team Work.
- Installation Costs Control monitored.
- Delivery time updated monitored.
- Material Flow Control on site.
- Creation of Risk Analysis and Contingency Plans.
- Reception of Materials according to Internal Procedure.
- Quality Control at local workshop / on site / supplier site...etc.
- Plan weekly teamwork.
- Monitor weekly teamwork.
- Evaluate weekly teamwork performance.
- Report Project Manager.
- Coordination with Procurement Manager.
- Attend weekly project meetings and report accordingly.
- Attend Progress Meeting at customer’s sites.
- Technical meetings and negotiation with suppliers.

The package is a Monthly Basic of 7000 AED, Plus Housing Allowance (around 1500 AED), plus a Car, Plus 1 return flight, plus medical insurance. Plus Monthly Bonus.

Requirements

The candidate has to be decisive and proactive. Experienced in handling technical documentation and shop drawings.

Expert level in: Autocad 2D/3D, Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills in English.

Availability for travelling.

Driving License.
