Job description / Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer, who will be integral to the successful execution of construction projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality throughout the process. The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry
Responsibilities:
• Organizing materials to facilitate smooth project progression while maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
• Developing accurate cost estimates and overseeing the procurement of necessary materials and tools.
• Offering technical advice and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Conducting equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure productivity.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable contracts and optimize resource allocation.
• Reviewing and authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Creating and managing work schedules, communicating adjustments effectively to both crew members and clients.
• Collecting data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering insightful presentations to stakeholders.
• Delegating tasks efficiently and scheduling meetings and training sessions as needed to foster team development.
• Conducting thorough quality assurance assessments and providing constructive feedback to enhance project performance.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and engineering design.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
