Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Government organisation is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team. The position will be reporting directly to the Area Manager.
He will be responsible for handling day to day management of the site operations, maintenance of outstanding customer service, superior site image and staff supervision. In addition, he will be involved in achieving planned targets for profit generation; maintaining staff rosters, attendance sheets and personnel records, and providing on the job training.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Business Management
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar field
- Familiar with garage equipment
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent PC skills including Windows, MS Project and MS Office
