Job description / Role
Looking for a Site/Construction Manager with F&B experience for a large Interior/Fit Out company in Dubai.
Paying between 12-16k depending on experience with medical insurance and annual flight home.
Role: To schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to sites. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Requirements
- Must have F&B experience
- Must have fit out/interior experience
- At least 3 years Construction/Site Managing
- Degree in Engineering
- Valid UAE drivers license
Paying up to 16k AED to work for one of the largest interior/fit out companies in Dubai
