Site Supervisor - FAMCO

Job description / Role

As part of our FAMCO Storage & Handling Solutions team, this role entails the site based supervision of individual multiple small to large materials Racking and Shelving Projects. These include our range of Dexion Racking products and Constructor Shelving and Storage systems. The incumbent will be responsible for the successful installation phase of the project to which they are assigned. You wil act as a Client Liaison, leading the site installation team and coordinates to other sub- contractors

You will be part of our operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Construction Manager. You are also responsible to ensure without doubt that all project sites are managed and executed within correct safety standards, installation budget and agreed time frames contractually.

Requirements

You must have Technical Trade diploma or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline. Having a valid UAE Driving License is a must with Technical skills relevant to the Racking and Shelving Industry. You must have excellent supervisory skills, must be able to delegate responsibilities, work independently, and manage the team and the specified project deadlines or plans.

You should also be a results-oriented person, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, has good planning and organizing skills, able to focus on priority workloads while ensuring all scheduled are maintained.
