Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Service a large/varied customer base, spread across a large area/region.
- Provide appropriate product application training to customers and issue certification based on trainings.
- Supervise customer mock-ups.
- Carry out site Audits and product application inspections and issue reports to the customer and TSM.
- Schedule and plan site and customer visits in conjunction with TSM’s and Technical Manager.
- Provide technical advice and support to the Commercial team.
- Prepare and issue product samples.
- Help prepare products for required Fire testing.
- Complete annual objectives, as defined by Technical Manager, to support the delivery and completion of technical projects.
- Design and deliver training and presentations, as required, on all aspects of the Company’s products & systems, in support of internal and external customers, to highlight sales opportunities for products.
- Support development & trials of new products.
- Responsible for up keep of equipment
- Health and Safety on site is a key function.

Requirements

- Degree or background in QA/QC of spray or paint application.
- Practical experience with spray or paint application
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrates ability to adjust style of communication to suit audience.
- Strong report writing experience
- Proven experience in customer interfacing role and demonstrable Customer Services skills/focus.
- Moderate IT skills.
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to interpret a variety of data to provide technical solution.
- Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative with high level of self-motivation.
- Driven to succeed through team achievement and being a highly proactive member of a team.
- Demonstrable experience of working to tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure whilst still balancing conflicting demands.
- Willingness to learn and progress, and to present a “can do” attitude in job role.
