Skincare Manager

Job description / Role

A multinational retail business is seeking a Skincare Manager for it's Flagship Dubai store.

Reports to the Store Manager.

Successful candidate must have experience in Skincare.

The Role
* The Skincare Manager is responsible for creating an addictive experience for clients, ensuring a sale and meeting set objectives.
* Provide support to the Store Manager in managing the store and team with the goal of maintaining company standards; ensure the point of sale's profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Provide support to the Customer Experience Manager in analysing results and proposing action plans in order to enhance client experience during the skincare shopping experience.
* Balance the sales target among selective, exclusive brands and company own brand, ensuring targets are met and action plan is provided.
* Ensure adequate stock of best sellers, ensure stock is monitored accurately to avoid OOS.
* The Skincare Manager will identify and analyse deviations and their causes, and propose action plans.
* Motivate and develop the retail sales team through regular coaching.

Requirements

* Experience with Skincare brand or products
* 3-5 years experience in Customer Service
* 1-2 years experience of Team Management
* Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
