SME Sales Manager - AF Motors - Toyota - Sharjah and Northern Emirates

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced SME Sales Manager to work within our Toyota operations in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the ownership and control of The Al-Futtaim Motors - Toyota Sales Team within the given area including target delivery.

You will be responsible for planning and setting team targets as well as driving and encouraging the sales team to meet them. In order to monitor progress, discuss new products, sales processes and techniques you will hold daily meetings with your team. You will create forecasts through estimating vehicle volumes, gross and operating profits along with expenses.

Requirements

You should have a thorough understanding of the Auto Sales Process and therefore previous Auto Sales experience within a franchised environment within the UAE is essential. You will have working knowledge of Finance and Insurance products, systems and methodology.

You will have proven experience of managing a sales team with strong motivational and influencing skills. You will have excellent English language skills whilst being an Arabic speaker is an added advantage. An analytical mind is required in order to support the Branch Manager with recommendations to showroom processes following interpretation of Market Research and sales figures.
