Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fit Out and Luxury Projects and will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of all activities
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for project planning
- Conduct feasibility studies and resource allocation analysis to optimize project timelines and costs
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to keep the project on schedule
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status and performance for management and clients
- Utilize project management software and tools to enhance planning and scheduling processes
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer in the Fit Out and Luxury Projects industry
- Expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in project planning and scheduling
- Experience in Working with International Consultants.
- Experience in fast Track Fit Out Projects
- Able to work under pressure
