Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading International PR and Digital Services Company requires urgently a Social Media Manager to join their elite team.

Your specialism should be in retail, with the ability to engagingly capture audiences and reach out to multiple brand consumers across the GCC region.

Arabic is essential for this role, as content written is to be distributed in both English and Arabic language.

The role will encompass the following duties:
- Manage Social Media marketing profiles and day-to-day activities including:
- Lead and manage on multiple social media profiles
- Provide relevant content in both English / Arabic to reach the target market of the multi-brand customers.
- Be personally active across all social media channels such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google+
- Create and manage all published content including images, video and written work.
- Monitor, listen and respond to online conversations, ensuring a professional but “Social” approach.
- You shall also be responsible for overseeing the team, and monitoring their daily tasks and content.
- To develop and expand the overall presence of the managed projects
- Contribute to Digital and creative strategies
- Deliver accurate monthly/weekly analytics reports
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business.
- Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Monitor effective best practices to measure the impact of Social Media campaigns.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Requirements

- Possess knowledge and experience in social media marketing for a minimum of 2 years in a reputable digital agency
- Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
- Be proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Excellent writing and language skills particularly in English and Arabic
- Has a working knowledge, and a respected following as a blogger within the blogging community
- Is a Team player, with confidence to take the lead and guide the team with content development, creation and editing of content.
- Has a good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques.
- Possesses knowledge and experience in social media marketing for a minimum of 2 years in a reputable digital agency
