Requirements

Social Media Managers are often deemed as the voice of companies through social and digital media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Four Square, Instagram, etc. which is why it is highly important for Social Media Managers to be well informed in all types of social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be managing a team of Social Media Executives who preferably have previous experience working with FMCG and retail clients.

Other responsibilities would include:
- Creating and managing new social media marketing campaigns and brand promotions in new and innovative ways on behalf of the clients
- Monitoring progress using web analytic tools
- Overseeing content created by Social Media Executives
- Assisting clients solve marketing communications challenges whilst proactively identifying new opportunities to maximize client ROI
- Understanding and implementing latest trends online and keeping up with public shifts in media attention
- Lead and inspire the executives reporting into them, particularly guiding them through the development and career paths in the agency
- Recruiting talent to join their team
- Understanding the Middle East market in depth
