About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of companies handling diversified brands under retail industry. Engaged in general trading, hospitality, fashion, real estate, watches and jewelry, construction, media and advertising

Job Role:
• Deliver creative ideas that align with the campaign requirements
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, operations, and store teams
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Understand the key competitive market set not only within the retail, fashion, trading and hospitality Industry but those that are trending
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Perform in all aspects of marketing related to social media strategy including public relations, event management, community engagement, sponsorship, media relations, partner engagement, internal communications, and media buying

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE ideally from retail industries
• Must have expertise in planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Energetic and with passion for all things digital
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Good command in English, both written and spoken, Arabic speakers is a must
• Familiarity with web design
• Immediate joiners are prioritized
