Social Media Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI monthly
- Deliver creative ideas that align with the campaign requirements
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, operations, and store teams
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Understand the key competitive market set not only within the F&B Industry but those that are trending
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Perform in all aspects of marketing related to social media strategy including public relations, event management, community engagement, sponsorship, media relations, partner engagement, internal communications, and media buying

Requirements

- Open to ANY nationality
- Male or Female, 35 y/o and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive role ideally from an F&B or Hospitality industry
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Energetic and with passion for all things digital
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Fluent Arabic speaker and writer
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent copywriting skills
