Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational company who are currently embarking on a digital transformation program.

We are looking for a No-Code / Low Code Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8 Appian and Betty Blocks developers.

• The focus of your role is to help them understand the impact and meaningful business growth opportunities through workplace and employee experience transformation.
• You will help bring to life their vision of an empowered digital workplace using low code no code technologies to support critical business challenges, designing state-of-the-art digital and data solutions, and building colleague-centric strategies to help their workplace transformation.
• As part of this, you will coach junior team members through the agile development / DevOps processes, utilise design thinking to reach solutions and be able to define and measure business value.
• You will care about people and employee experience, taking a people-centric approach to everything you do and guiding your clients to create brilliant places to work.
• These workplaces will be enabled by low code no code technologies, utilising your business design, data analysis and process automation expertise.
• You will be proactive in delivery, aiming to deliver on time and above client expectations.
• As businesses evolve to adapt to the digital age, they don’t want to lose their culture.
• The need for a modern and digital workplace and employee experience becomes a central focus.
• You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through enabling digital workplace platforms and updated operating models.
• Through your previous experience, we expect a working understanding of Agile methods of working practices, with experience working in hybrid teams.
• You will be able to prioritize shifting workloads and communicate challenges effectively.
• Lastly, but most importantly, you should be a highly motivated team player, able to lead teams through projects!
• By leading the digital team as a Low Code No Code Manager, you will be joining a dynamic, diverse, and fast-growing innovative team whilst getting the chance to work with top tier clients across various sectors, providing high-quality advisory and delivery services.
• You will implement state-of-the-art low-code solutions leveraging the full potential of a low-code platform and support the design of new business models to core applications, digitizing customer engagement and improve operational efficiencies.
• You will deliver all kinds of enterprise low code no code solutions.

The team have a passion for creating empowered digital workplaces using low code no code technologies.

Requirements

We are looking for people with skills and experience in any of the following areas:

• Being comfortable in a business-facing role, with previously consulting or advisory experience.
• Implementation experience is a bonus
• Experience delivering functionality, using and championing Agile methodologies
• Caring about people and employee experiences, you will help clients create brilliant places to work
• Understanding the development capabilities of low code / no code platforms and the tangible benefits they can bring to clients
• Understanding of low code / no code development and how it can be applied to achieve business goals
• A knack for optimizing processes, being comfortable to streamline and automate
• Awareness of software development lifecycles and the stages of this
• Certifications / training courses around low code / no code or digital workplaces, showing your interest in this growing area
