Software Specialist - CMMS

Job description / Role

We are a small sized American Software Company with big plans for the Middle East and are looking to recruit a Software Specialist for our maintenance management software.

It will be your responsibility to:
- Conduct on site and remote training seminars for clients on our maintenance management software
- Analyze the client’s existing maintenance system and assist clients to adapt our software to their company requirements
- Assist clients or complete Data Migration projects independently
- Determine best practices to be implemented in our software (Asset Naming Conventions, Creation of Asset Registers, Data Migration etc.)
- Providing complete technical support to the Sales Team and Clients

Requirements

More than educational qualifications and MNC experience, we are looking for candidates who have a positive personality and work well in a team.

You also need to have:
- Thorough knowledge of CMMS systems
- Minimum 1 years experience in the CMMS industry
- Excellent communication and training skills
- A valid UAE driver's license
