Solution Lead – Global Enterprise Services Company – Dubai or Riyadh

Networkers is currently working with a world leading Enterprise services company. They have some very ambitious growth objectives and are expanding their middle east operation significantly due to client and customer demand.

You will be an experienced solution lead who has worked through the Bid and proposal lifestyle from opportunity creation through to contract negotiation and hand over. You will manage the development of quality, integrated and cost effective solutions that meets client needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- High level solution framework (during early engagement) for Customer Business Case
- Take the proposed solution successfully through the Deal Assurance Process
- Manage solution design architects / engineers and technical teams to make sure project proposal is successful
- Lead and perform Due Diligence for all solution aspects
- winning outsourcing deals EMEA
- Risk and project management responsibilities
- Team and delivery management
- Budgeting

Requirements

- Track record in winning outsourcing deals EMEA and global greater than $100 million
- Experience with most of the above
- Proven track record
- Stakeholder management skills at all levels

Excellent salary and package on offer!
40,000 – 55,000 monthly + additional housing and transport allowance + medical and other benefits
