Sourcing Executive - Al-Futtaim Watches and Jewellery - Dubai

We are currently looking for a well-experienced Sourcing Executive for Al-Futtaim Watches and Jewellery in Dubai.

As a Sourcing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing new suppliers of watch components and POS material. You will manage commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing projects as well as process orders, check PIs and confirm to respective suppliers. You will conduct general market research in various product categories as well as research into potential suppliers, product specifications and resources.

You will evaluate potential suppliers, manage the overall supplier qualification process and provide shipping/delivery instructions to suppliers as well as liaise with forwarders to ensure receipt of documents required for clearance of shipment such as Invoice / Packing List, AWB, etc.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have experience in sourcing watches, components, movements and POS materials. You should have minimum three years of experience in new product development, order and shipment follow-up as well as strong negotiation on cost & price benchmarking and sourcing skills on new items. You will have excellent analytical and organizational skills along with effective planning and forecasting. You will have in-depth knowledge on MS Excel and good command of spoken & written English.
