Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Al Ain, UAE
About the Client:
An Emirati café and restaurant in Al Ain
Job Description:
• Plan menus and design new dishes.
• Oversee the food preparation process, including chopping, cooking, and plating
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality and taste.
• Manage the kitchen staff, including training and supervising cooks, dishwashers, and other staff.
• Work with the head chef to manage costs, including food and labor costs, and to create a budget for the kitchen
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years' experience in the same role
• Must have international cuisine experience
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
