• Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Demonstrate strong culinary skills in food preparation and presentation
• Work with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings.
• Maintain food quality and consistency through regular checks
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Qualifications:
• 38 y/o and below
• At least 3 years’ experience in the similar role
• French cuisine and high end / fine dining experience is a must
